Upgrade the Senior Center utilizing State or Federal grant funding. With interior and exterior renovations as well as other amenities.
CREATION OF OUTDOOR SUMMER CAMP
Monitor and oversee the creation of the outdoor summer camp for children and the conversion of St. Francis School to a Teen Center with Day Care facilities in partnership with the YMCA.

Provide a solution that will result in the development of the Hershey property into a Sports Complex or other tax generating facility.

Continue to work with the Police Department to enhance all aspects of public safety.
INCREASE BULK TRASH PICKUP SERVICES
Gradually increase bulk trash pickup services in a cost-effective manner and work toward providing more free dates at the transfer station.
CREATE DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATRE
Create a Drive-In movie theatre along the river that is visible from Route 8 with a developer or in the alternative as a town managed facility with flea markets and other community activities.
ENTERTAINMENT VENUE IN SALEM THEATRE
Attract a developer to build an entertainment venue in the former Salem theatre to help the revitalization of the downtown development.
FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Implement Façade Improvement Program to compliment downtown, Rubber Avenue, Maple Street, and North Main Street beautification.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Implement Sidewalk Improvement Plan on a town wide basis. Pilot program will be commencing in the spring of 2024.
REPAIR HILLSIDE AVENUE (BRICK ROAD)
Obtain LOTCIP funding to remedy drainage issues on Hillside Avenue to prepare for a remake of the existing brick road.

By continuing to pave at least 10 miles of road per year contrasted to less than a mile per year for the last century.
